We enjoyed our stay in this very cool cabin with our daughter and her family. We’d love to come back in the spring, summer or fall to take advantage of the amazing views, decks for outdoor dining and grill. Unfortunately there was too much snow to hang out outdoors. Luckily the indoor living area was spacious and comfortable, beds were great and the full kitchen perfect for our needs.

I did a long term rental in winter while I completed nearby program and this apartment was PERFECT. Quiet and well heated so it was easy to study if weather kept me from the library or local coffee spot. It was also incredibly clean, very comfortably furnished, and wonderfully pet friendly. As extra precaution, I brought a duvet cover for the couch and chair, so my pets could nestle without leaving behind fur. The kitchen was a perfect size, fridge and oven were squeaky clean, and the bathroom was nicely remodeled so showers were hot. It was very easy to be in touch w Jenna and Isaac, and they were so kind, esp when I realized I may be a touch late checking out. I very strongly recommend reaching out if looking for a place to stay in Ithaca!

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place. As soon as you walk in you will be drawn to the large windows and incredible view. The streamlined, creative design of the home made it feel like a one-of-a-kind destination. Within hours of arriving we were unwinding by the cozy wood-stove. We loved staying at Hilltop for its rural tranquility and close proximity to all that Ithaca offers. Our hosts were responsive and generous, making our stay all the more relaxing.

The location is fantastic: Easy access to The Commons, Collegetown and some nearby hiking spots. The penthouse is incredibly spacious and clean. Check-in was super easy. The hosts were easy to get in touch with. Our group of friends would definitely stay here again in the future!

This unique treasure was the perfect place to hold our local family Thanksgiving gathering. Accommodated those who could stay and plenty of room for dinner guests. We were local but felt like we had traveled to Paradise. It had everything we needed and I think we used everything! Our family definitely voted to return.

This place is awesome. Located downtown across from the commons, the penthouse style apartment/home is ideally situated in the heart of Ithaca. The place was spotless and extremely well-maintained. With high-end appliances, spacious living/seating/sleeping areas, it was truly an amazing experience. What we appreciated most was the care the owners took to provide everything we needed for the long weekend. High-end soaps, plentiful towels, cleaning supplies, coffee w/ coffee maker, large refrigerator, double oven, high-speed internet, etc., etc. Jenna was always responsive to our requests! Absolutely perfect location and first class treatment. We will be back to stay here whenever we are in town!

This is one of the nicest short term rentals in the area. It’s very comfortable, spacious and in a great location. The property was clean and the host is very responsive. It’s very close to downtown restaurants, bars and shops. It’s also close to the river walk and other parks. There is a small grocery store, a gas station and a Dunkin’ Donuts around the corner. On a nice day it’s a great place to walk. Even though it’s in the city it’s on a quiet street in a clean neighborhood. I hope to stay here again.

Brought my daughter to prom at Oswego HS. (We are from Syracuse) The Airbnb was perfect! Plenty of room for her to “get ready”. Me, to work comfortably and enjoy the home itself! And get to relax. Super safe neighborhood. I highly recommend!!!!

Hilltop House is the perfect home for a vacation in Ithaca. It is a beautiful and well-designed house that is clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything a family could need for a pleasant and easy stay. The decor is tasteful and inviting and the beds and furniture are all very comfortable and thoughtfully chosen. The kitchen is large and easy to use. The large porch deck has the most beautiful view. I loved sitting there with my morning coffee, watching the sky change colors and taking in the foliage. Our kids enjoyed the board games and playing soccer in the large front yard. The house is very conveniently located near downtown Ithaca and many beautiful parks and trails. Jenna and Isaac are thoughtful, responsive hosts and were helpful and kind in all our interactions. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!
