Spacious 4 bedroom 1 bath unit right on Cornell University’s campus! This listing is for the first floor of a large historic home. There is a shared front door with lobby area, and each level has it's own private interior door. We invite you to stay in our 4 large bedrooms, with great natural light. Relax in our living room and cook a delicious meal in our kitchen. If you have a larger group and need more space, we can rent out both apartments as an 8 bed 2 bath house for multi-generational families or large groups. They have their own listings, so let us know and we can send you the other listing.

This is the lower level of a large historic home on Cornell's campus. The front door has a keypad with a custom code for each guest. Once you enter the front door you will see the entrance to the first floor in front of you, with a keyed door. The 2nd floor apartment has a set of stairs that leads from the entryway to their private interior entrance. Easy access and walking distance to Cornell University and surrounding attractions.
