Welcome to our downtown apartment. This hidden gem in downtown ithaca is located on the second floor of a historic house in fall creek. It is a few blocks to the Commons and just around the corner to Cascadilla gorge trail. Newly renovated, this apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with changing table, comfortable living room area and a separate bedroom with queen bed. There is a queen sized futon in the living room, As well as a crib available upon request. Off the front of the apartment is a private and spacious covered porch that looks out over the street. Sit here with your morning coffee while you plan your day’s activities.
Other Details to Note
Our apartment is on the second floor of a historic home. There is a flight of stairs to walk up to get to the apartment. The first floor is a business that has no weekend hours so the only people in the house will be you and your group. We kindly ask that you host no parties or guests that are not on the reservation. No pets, smoking, or illegal drugs are allowed. We do have a second story porch that we ask you watch your children on if you are bringing little ones with you.

Located in the fall creek neighborhood of downtown ithaca, our apartment is close to everything but removed enough that parking is easy and road noise is minimal. You can walk to the Commons or to Cascadilla Gorge from the house. Bus 10 stops nearby the house for service to Cornell campus and downtowns
Guest Access
Our apartment is walking distance to the commons and Cascadilla Gorge. From April-November you can even walk up the gorge path to Collegetown and Cornell. You don’t need a car to enjoy all that ithaca has to offer if staying in our apartment. However if you do have a car, There is free parking behind the building in the parking lot.
