*** Parking: Guests should park at the pull-off on the street. From there, use the wooden staircase to reach the apartment. After entering the apartment door, you will need to walk down 17 stairs to access the ground-floor apartment. *** Privacy: A family lives on the main level of the house, but everything is very private and separate. As this is their home, the outdoor deck and patio are not available for guest use. ***There is no central AC, but window units are installed between memorial day and labor day *** The only sink in the apartment is in the bathroom. The kitchenette is similar (But better) to one you would see in a hotel room: Mini fridge, microwave, some coffee/tea and simple cups and dishes to get you started.
