Welcome to our urban retreat! For your safety, kindly ensure both your car and apartment doors are securely locked at all times, and avoid leaving valuables unattended in your vehicle. The thermostat in the apartment regulates the heat for the entire duplex. To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you keep the temperature set between 68-70 degrees. Please note that there is no central AC; however, AC units will be installed in the bedrooms between Memorial Day and Labor Day to ensure your comfort during the warmer months. As this is a duplex, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Thank you for your cooperation!
